For the Bitrix24 Marketplace App "Time2Report"
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between WAM IT ("Provider", "we", "us") and the person or legal entity installing or using the Bitrix24 Marketplace App "Time2Report" ("App", "Software").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you use the App on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of that organization.

Time2Report is a Bitrix24 Marketplace App intended for use within Bitrix24 Cloud portals. The App provides reporting and analysis functionality for Bitrix24 task time tracking records, including filters, tables, KPI cards, dashboards, user settings, and export functions.
The App may use WAM IT's licensing service at https://license.wam-it.de/ to register installations, check license status, process paid license orders, and activate or extend paid licenses.
Subject to this Agreement, WAM IT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use the App in your Bitrix24 portal for your own internal business purposes.
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
The App may be offered as a free version with functional limits and as a Pro version with expanded functionality. The free version may restrict available date filter presets, dashboard access, and export functionality. The Pro version may include the full date filter, interactive analytics dashboards, and PDF/Excel export.
Paid license activation depends on successful payment and license verification through the licensing service. If a paid license expires, is cancelled, or cannot be verified, the App may return to the free version or restrict Pro functionality.
Paid licenses may be offered as recurring subscriptions or other license options shown before payment. The available options, prices, taxes, and billing periods are displayed in the purchase flow.
Payments may be processed through PayPal or another payment provider made available by WAM IT. By proceeding with payment, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policy of the selected payment provider.
For recurring subscriptions, payments may be charged automatically for each billing period until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated according to the payment provider's terms and the applicable purchase conditions.
Invoices and billing records may be created in WAM IT's billing systems or Bitrix24 environment based on the billing details entered during purchase.

You may not use the App:
The App, including its software, design, documentation, and related intellectual property rights, remains the property of WAM IT or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by WAM IT.
WAM IT may provide updates, fixes, improvements, or changes to the App, the licensing service, license options, prices, or technical requirements. Some changes may be required to maintain compatibility with Bitrix24, payment providers, security requirements, or legal obligations.
WAM IT aims to keep the App and licensing service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may depend on Bitrix24, PayPal, hosting providers, internet connectivity, and other third-party services.
Support may be provided by WAM IT at its discretion or according to separately agreed support terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. WAM IT does not warrant that the App will meet all requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAM IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from third-party services such as Bitrix24 or PayPal.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
WAM IT may suspend or terminate access to Pro functionality or the license if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, the license expires, the App is misused, or this Agreement is violated.
Upon termination, your right to use the App or paid functionality ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, remain in effect.
Personal data processing in connection with the App, licensing service, billing, and payments is described in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws, where applicable, remain unaffected.
